The 2012 business cards are here!

What does every enterprising young alpaca need? A business card of course! Each of our alpacas has one, which is attached to any product containing their fiber. We update them in the summer, and we’ve just finished this year’s new cards. I particularly like the picture on Tulip’s card this year, it’s definitely a glam shot:

For absolute cuteness, though, you can’t beat Auntie Brittany’s card:

Rawwww!

The people at the ranch have business cards too, but they are not nearly so cute. We probably should be giving out the alpaca’s cards when we meet people, instead of ours 🙂

About cliffhousealpacas

Once upon a time, my dad drove by some funny looking animals standing on little dirt hills in a field. Thus, the dream of an alpaca ranch was born. Now, we are embarking on a grand adventure of raising alpacas and becoming fiber artists.

  1. hahaha you should have a picture of the alpaca that best represents your personality on your card. Now wouldn’t that be a fun game, at least for me =)
Also will the news kids be getting business cards?

    • You know, it’s been discussed (the cards for the new kids), but we don’t have any of their fiber this year, so there’s no pressing need to get cards done for them.

As for the alpaca that best represents your personality, that WOULD be a fun game. Hah. I’d be…gawd, I hate to say it, but probably Mikayla. Or maybe Morocco. The drama queen and the serial killer. Awesome.

How innovative and how wonderful that you value your animals so highly. Some people would think me daft, but to me animals are just as important as people, just different. Your alpacas do actually need business cards. How clever of you to think of it.

    • Mom gets all the credit for being clever. They have gone over well. And the character of the alpaca is in my mind as I spin, which I suspect changes the end product.

Clever Mom! and I definitely agree on your last comment. You know all your animals and that makes a real difference. Much love goes into your work, I’m sure.
