It’s a cat in a box

I am the king of this box.

Yesterday was a word-heavy post, so here is a picture of a cat in box. The hotter it gets, the less of the cat is in the box. But he still stays in the box.

About cliffhousealpacas

Once upon a time, my dad drove by some funny looking animals standing on little dirt hills in a field. Thus, the dream of an alpaca ranch was born. Now, we are embarking on a grand adventure of raising alpacas and becoming fiber artists.

Lovely cat and yes, he does own the box. I have 3 cats and they all like boxes. Does he sit in the bags with your roving?

    • Good lord! He would if he could, but I don’t let him anywhere near it! That boy has some serious claws! He does get all up in the fleece when we try to skirt it (prepare it for the mill). With every step across a fleece, his little feet pull out hand-fulls of fiber. Goof!

We’ve never had cats before our current set, and they are still recent enough additions that we are prone to stopping mid-chore to watch their antics, “Now he’s clawing his way up the wall!” and “Awww, he’s in a bucket!” and that sort of thing.
